Groomwerkz Car Grooming Centre @ Lock + Store Chai Chee
Our major turnkey project consisted of a full range of contractor works completed during the COVID-19 challenging period. We provided the Main Switch Board upgrade to 200Amp, which required the entire building’s main power to be shut down. Full electrical wiring with high bay lighting and smaller distribution boards to cater to the various requirements of the customer. Our wet works team provided the necessary contractor works to lay the cement screeding with waterproofing for the different grooming services. Plumbing works consisted of constructing two new toilets catering to the staff and customers. This involved laying new sewage piping and drainage.
