Achevas Math Centre @ Grantral Mall, Clementi
Our project scope encompassed the setup of a mall based tuition centre. The work scope covered full commercial renovation considerations and works such as electrical panel setup, LEW endorsement, testing and commissioning of a 150Amp Main Switch Board, installation of Vinyl flooring, re-wiring of the unit, painting, glassworks and Fire Safety Submission for the Building Plan (BP) and Fire Sprinkler (FP) protection.
